How does Crew Sync work?
Upload the roster PDF your airline gives you — no typing.
Flights, check-ins, standby and layovers fill a separate Crew Sync calendar you can hide anytime.
Your PDF is read on your device, and your roster re-syncs every month.
Turn on Calendar access
Flip this switch on — then do the same on Google's next screen.

Can't see your flights in Google Calendar?
Your flights sync to a separate "Crew Sync" calendar, not your main calendar. Follow these steps to show it:
- Open Google Calendar on a computer or Android
- In the left sidebar, find "Other calendars"
- Check the box ✓ next to "Crew Sync"

Confirm schedule details
Enter the exact worker name or employee ID shown in the image, then confirm the schedule month and local timezone.
For a team roster, use the exact label printed beside your row. Crew Sync will extract only that person's schedule.
Use the month containing most of the visible schedule. Cross-month dates will still be read from the image.
Timed duties without an airport code will use this timezone in Google Calendar.
Does this PDF show your name?
Crew Sync finds your schedule by the crew name on the roster. A PDF without your name can't be read correctly.
